National Australia Bank experienced severe outages across internet banking, ATMs and branch platforms yesterday, with poor communication with customers.
There were no announcements from the bank on Twitter as of late last night acknowledging the problems that emerged yesterday morning.
It seems top billing on the Twitter page is reserved for the bank's "Mini Legends" advertising campaign.
But branches were telling customers the bank's systems were down across the country.
Customers have panned the bank on social media for not giving updates on systems status through the day.
