Novatti to integrate payments into Reckon software

05 April 2022 6:01AM

Payments company Novatti and accounting software provider Reckon have done a deal to integrate Novatti payment processing into Reckon’s products.

Under the agreement, the initial work will be to incorporate a payment offering into the Reckon One software and invoicing app.

Reckon has 114,000 users of its cloud-based software products.

The companies said in a joint statement that they would offer “attractive transaction costs” to Reckon customers.

Novatti and Reckon have an existing relationship, with Novatti acquiring a 19.9 per cent stake in Reckon in June last year.

Novatti reported strong growth in revenue in its December half financial report, with sales revenue up 51 per cent to A$11.1 million. It made a loss of $9.9 million.

Reckon made a profit of $9.7 million on revenue of $71.3 million in the 12 months to December.
