Roy Morgan has crowned P&N Bank its bank of the year and Commonwealth Bank its major bank of the year.
The ratings are based on Roy Morgan’s regular customer satisfaction surveys.
Roy Morgan chief executive Michele Levine said in a statement: “We ask respondents to tell us which companies they deal with in different categories and then rate how satisfied they are with each.”
The latest ratings include a new category, neobank of the year, which was won by Bendigo and Adelaide Bank subsidiary Up.
Other finance awards include, RAA for general insurer of the year, Unisuper for superannuation fund of the year and St Lukes for private health insurer of the year.
