Debt collection software company Paycepaid has acquired Australian Debt Recoveries, as it implements a strategy to become “a fully integrated end-to-end account receivables solution” provider. Paycepaid has a software-as-a-service debt collection offering that is used by a wide range of organisations. It is integrated with Xero, MYOB, Stripe and Monoova to facilitate payment options. The Australian Debt Recoveries acquisition will give it a portfolio of clients that includes lenders, telecommunications companies, and healthcare companies. Paycepaid chief executive Bill Mali said in-person debt collection teams would be integrated with Paycepaid’s debt management platform, offering a combination of traditional and digital debt collection approaches. “Utilising our digital platform for to mid-stage debt recovery, businesses can them escalate any late-stage or bad debt collection to Australian Debt Recoveries,” Mali said.
