Belgrave Finance folds

29 May 2008 4:37PM
Belgrave Finance, a small finance company in Auckland, called in receivers yesterday. It is the twentieth finance company failure in New Zealand in the last two years.

Grant Graham and Brendan Gibson of KordaMentha are the receivers.

The property development financier owes just over NZ$22 million to about 1000 debenture investors, the Interest.co.nz reported.
