Brief: Suncorp opts for Oracle CRM only

Suncorp will adopt only Oracle's customer relationship management solution in the first phase of its core banking system modernisation, Ashwin Goyal, global vice president and general manager for financial services at Oracle, told the Delimiter technology news site. Suncorp may select components from the Oracle Banking Platform (developed by the IT firm and National Australia Bank together) during the second stage, when it plans to replace the Hogan core banking system.
