  • Superannuation fund First Super will oppose the re-election of two Commonwealth Bank directors at the bank's annual general meeting on Wednesday. The New Daily reported that First Super, which holds 180,000 CBA shares, would vote against the re-election of directors Andrew Mohl and Launa Inman in protest against the bank's handling of its financial planning scandal. First Super chief executive Bill Watson said directors had to be held accountable for the repetitional fallout from the scandal.
