Milena Malev was most recently the head of general insurance business at ANZ and also held senior roles with ANZ Lenders Mortgage Insurance and ANZ Wealth. Prior to joining ANZ, Malev was a project director for Westpac focusing on Basel II accreditation post the Westpac and St George merger and "implemented an instant credit decision platform for Westpac's unsecured lending". AMP's acting chief financial officer James Georgeson has been given the job on a permanent basis. Georgeson has been at AMP since 2001 and has served as deputy CFO, CFO of the wealth management division, CFO of AMP New Zealand, director of strategy at AMP New Zealand and director of group finance.
