Fairfax Media reports that business customers have taken to social media, complaining of lost sales and poor communication from the bank. Only one-fifth of businesses are on the hunt for finance or new credit in the quarter ahead, Dun & Bradstreet's latest Business Expectations survey shows. D&B said 21 per cent of businesses were seeking credit, up two percentage points over a quarter. Seventy three per cent said they would not seek any credit.
