NAB fees class action opened up for more customers 19 November 2014 5:34PM John Kavanagh The Federal Court has approved orders that will give National Australia Bank customers a further opportunity to participate the the bank fees class action.Following the orders made yesterday, NAB customers who haven't already registered will have until January 27 to register their interest with Financial Redress, a subsidiary of litigation funder IMF Bentham, which is financing the case.Last week NAB indicated its interest in exploring settlement options in the matter. Maurice Blackburn Lawyers said in a media release that the bank had worked with it to secure yesterday's court orders.Maurice Blackburn senior associate, Paul Gillett said: "We welcome NAB's common sense approach in exploring the resolution of the class action against it."
