Westpac passes CBA on DBM monitor

Westpac has nudged ahead in one measure of business satisfaction, displacing Commonwealth Bank as top ranked bank in the small business segment on DBM Consultants' Business Financial Services Monitor.

Rankings on the BSFM, as ever, are congested. DBM put Westpac at 7.4 on its scale, CBA at  7.3, NAB on 7.2 and ANZ at 7.0 in the small business segment.

CBA had held the top ranking in this segment for two and a half years.

Across all business segments combined, Westpac improved to a rating of 7.5, on the BFSM, DBM said

Commonwealth Bank maintained a leading ranking in DBM's medium and large business categories.
