Yetton joins Westpac exodus 11 June 2015 4:27PM Ian Rogers A second senior executive will leave Westpac as the bank's still new CEO, Brian Hartzer, implements a "simplified organisation structure" that jettisons some of the legacy of three predecessors.Jason Yetton, group executive, retail and business banking, is making way for George Frazis.Frazis will lead a revamped consumer bank division.Westpac has effectively dissolved the St George division under this model, which used to be the umbrella for its multitude of lesser brands including BankSA, Bank of Melbourne and RAMS.A commercial and business bank division will now return to the Westpac structure.David Lindberg, now the bank's chief product officer, will lead the business bank.The bank recently elevated Lyn Cobley to head up its institutional bank, replacing Rob Whitfield, who left to head the NSW Treasury.
