The rising cost of bank PR 23 January 2015 5:08PM Ian Rogers Pay rises may be hard to secure for more experienced staff at present, with one survey showing downward indicators on many pay levels covering banking jobs in Australia.The survey, by recruitment consultants Robert Walters, shows declines in the upper bound of the projected pay range for scores of industry jobs. Most falls were modest, from $5,000 to $10,000.The sub-segment with the strongest bias to rising income levels were jobs classed in sales, marketing and communications.Among roles with the highest leap in incomes were digital marketing, program/portfolio manager, trade floor support manager and quant developer.
