ASC said credit licence holders are required to join AFCA so that their customers have access to external dispute resolution. Commonwealth Bank’s chief marketing officer, Monique Macleod, has been promoted to the banks executive leadership team, taking on the role of group executive marketing and corporate affairs. Macleod has been at the bank for over a decade.
