National Australia Bank still hasn't fully resolved its week-old payment processing problems which began last Wednesday.
Yesterday, last night [and this morning], the bank continued to advise that "most account balances are now up to date [though] some customers may still be experiencing inconsistencies."
Complaints over lack of access to payments made last week continued to emerge yesterday, though not at the volume of earlier days.
The Age today reported on talk within the bank of a permanent "data loss" affecting some customer records over the weekend as bank staff worked to resolve the original problem.
