The other two are breaking even Simon Blair, CBA's head of international services, told the newspaper. The bank did not disclose any details on the profit or the assets of the three banks, which have been trading for around a year. CBA operates the three county banks as a joint venture with Bank of Hangzhou, a bank in which CBA owns a 20 per cent stake. Malaysian bank CIMB may reach terms with Royal Bank of Scotland to buy the latter's corporate finance, investment banking and institutional equity broking businesses in Asia Pacific this week, the Economic Times reports.
