The newspaper quoted CEO Neil Helm saying "our aim is to be the most competitively priced card in the market." The commission charged on transactions will range from two per cent for small value purchases to 0.4 per cent for high value purchases. The government of Western Australia is likely to proceed with legislation that will end the requirement that the bank - owned by Commonwealth Bank since 208 - maintain its own bank licence and have its headquarters in Perth, the Financial Review reported.
